Work Values
At More Than A Carpenter, we strive to make property managers’ lives easier by making their problems go away. We aim for a 24 to 48 hour turn around on the majority of our jobs. Once work is completed, we are happy to contact our clients to keep them informed. For exterior work, we leave door knockers on resident’s doors informing them of the work that has been performed. If we are asked to complete work inside a home, we wear protective coverings over our shoes and clean up completely when work is finished. If a job is too large or if we are unable to complete it in a timely manner, we will inform the resident and/or property manager immediately. We strive to provide the highest quality work with competitive pricing.
How We Work
- Our goal is to complete work within 24 to 48 hours of receiving a work order.
- We keep our clients informed of the status of work and when a work order is completed.
- We keep residents informed through verbal communication or door knockers if they are not home.
- We respect residents’ homes by wearing protective shoe coverings while inside their homes and cleaning up thoroughly after work is completed.
- If a job is too large or if we are unable to complete it in a timely manner, we will inform the resident and/or property manager immediately.
- We strive to provide the highest quality work with competitive pricing.
